The following page outlines the Shipping policy at My Teddy Roses.
When an order has been successfully placed, please kindly allow 2-3 business days for processing at our business centre and forward to our couriers. At times there may be delays due to high volume in orders, please allow an additional 3 business days from the standard time for all orders to be processed. Orders placed after 12 pm AEST on Friday will be processed the following Monday. Once orders are placed they cannot be changed or cancelled as our products are custom made per order.
- All prices are shown in Australian dollars and excludes GST (Goods and Service Tax). The total cost of a customer’s order will be shown at checkout or prior to payment.
- All orders will include a dispatch and track notification, accessible through your account order page. These are also automatically sent to your registered email address and at times, may land into your spam or junk inbox.
Once your order has been forwarded to the couriers, or shipped out – shipping times for delivery vary depending on country to country however we estimate between 2-4 weeks for international orders. You will be sent a tracking number for your order when your order has been shipped or assigned a tracking number by our couriers. It usually takes a few days for your tracking status to start updating. Tracking will be end-to-end and updated along the way from shipment to delivery.
My Teddy Roses will not be responsible for unforeseen delays due to factors outside of our control. This may affect the delivery time, such as delivery driver breakdowns, strikes, inclement weather, natural disasters and other factors which cannot be predicted.
For all orders, My Teddy Roses will not be responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from and to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back-end charges once the package has exited Australia.
